The "Residence Cascina Constantine" is situated in the main part of the finely renovated eighteenth-century Lombard farm, it is dedicated to customers with different residential requirements. The residence is located a few hundred meters from Piazza della Minerva and from the city centre of Pavia.

The residence offers to the guests 8 fully renovated bed-sitters with luxurious trimmings, equipped with TV, satellite, phone and internet connection. Moreover, the bed-sitters are provided with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower and hydromassage. The spacious and very bright single-rooms are all equipped with double beds. There is a parking reserved to the hotel guests.
A periodical service of cleaning, washing and change of sheets and towels is foreseen during the stay.

The residence is an excellent solution for the stay of medium-long period, in a peaceful oasis located just a few steps from the town of Pavia and 5 minutes from the bypass connecting Pavia to the A7 motorway (autostrada), 40 minutes from Linate airport and 300 meter from the Pavia railway station.
